The focus at Mad Science Forge is almost exclusively on large blades, but knives are also made. They usually look like the tip of a sword, or a tiny machete.
The right titanium alloy works great as a general use knife. It's easy to sharpen, and gets nice and sharp. It's characteristics also make for a great kitchen knife.
